These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Let's Learn Today website and platform at lets-learn-today.com and related subdomains (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Let's Learn Today ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Subscription billing is also described in our Pricing, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Let's Learn Today is an online education operations platform for independent teachers, schools, students, and parents. Depending on your role, the Services may include scheduling and calendars, class management, student profiles, courseware and lesson libraries, file uploads and lesson attachments, class reports and notes, invoices and payment tracking, teacher referrals, optional integrations (for example video meeting links, external lesson URLs, and third-party payment tools), student and parent portals, blogs and marketing pages, and related support tools.
We may add, change, or remove features over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or circumstances outside our control may affect access.
You must be legally able to enter a binding contract. If you are under 18, you may only use the Services with permission and supervision of a parent or guardian, and teachers/schools remain responsible for student accounts they create or invite.
You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at info@lets-learn-today.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
Paid teacher subscriptions, free trials, pricing, refunds, and cancellation are governed by the Pricing, Refund & Cancellation Policy and the Pricing page. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment partners (such as PayStack or PayPal, as offered at checkout) to charge applicable fees.
Teacher-to-student payments (lesson fees, invoices, PayPal or other methods you configure for your students) are separate from platform subscription fees. You are solely responsible for those arrangements, taxes, chargebacks, and compliance with payment provider rules.
You retain ownership of content you upload or create (lessons, files, reports, links, labels, and similar materials). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate the Services for you and the students or staff you authorize (including previews, downloads, and backups).
You represent that you have the rights to upload and share your content, that it does not violate law or third-party rights, and that student personal data you enter is collected and used in line with applicable privacy law and your own notices to students and parents.
Teacher file storage may be subject to per-account quotas and acceptable file types. We may remove content that violates these Terms, exceeds quotas, or poses a security or legal risk.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.
The Services may link to or embed third-party sites and tools (for example Zoom, Voov, Genially, PayPal, PayStack, or lesson hosts you provide). We do not control those services. Your use is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or outages.
We own the Services, branding, software, and design, except for your content and third-party materials. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the platform except where law allows.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific educational outcomes, payment collection, or accuracy of user-entered data.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for claims relating to the Services in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the Services in that period or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD $100), except where liability cannot be limited by law (including death, personal injury, or fraud).
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Services, your dealings with students or parents, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, or legal requirements. On termination, your right to use the Services ends; provisions that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limits of liability, and indemnity) remain in effect.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in South Africa have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where applicable.
