Pricing, Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains platform pricing, refunds, and subscription cancellation for Let's Learn Today. See the public Pricing page for current plan amounts. Read together with our Terms & Conditions.

1. Pricing

Let's Learn Today is a subscription platform for online teachers and schools. Current standard prices (full details on Pricing):

  • Individual Teacher: from USD $10 per month (or local equivalent, for example ZAR R150 / month in South Africa). Local currency and amount may vary by country.
  • School & Institution: free platform access (pay per teacher where applicable).
  • Students: free (student profiles are provided by their teachers or institutions).

We may change prices at any time. Sales tax may be added where required. You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even if payment has already been requested or received.

We accept PayStack and PayPal (where offered) for platform subscription payments in supported currencies (including ZAR and USD). Local amounts are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout. You agree to keep purchase and account information current and accurate.

Teacher file storage for courseware uploads is included within plan limits shown in the product. Extra storage or overages, if introduced, will be described on the Pricing page or in your account.

Teacher referrals: When a teacher you referred pays for their first month, you receive one free month added to your paid-through date. Referral credits are non-transferable and do not create a cash refund.

2. Free Trial

We offer a 30-day free trial to new users who register with the Services. The account will not be charged and the subscription will be suspended until upgraded to a paid version at the end of the free trial.

3. Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable.

Because access to the platform is delivered digitally as soon as a paid subscription is active, fees already paid for the current billing period are not refunded when you cancel mid-term. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us and we will review the case.

4. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. You will retain access until that term ends. After cancellation, your subscription will not renew and you will not be charged for subsequent periods.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, or placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors, including orders linked to the same account, payment method, or billing details.
